Camp Robin board members serve as the governing body of the organization. Directors are responsible for providing strategic leadership, financial oversight, and mission stewardship. Board service is an active, engaged commitment — not an honorary title.
Term Length: 3 years, renewable (staggered terms per Bylaws)
Board Size: 5–11 directors
Meeting Frequency: Minimum 4 times per year (quarterly); additional meetings as needed
Format: In-person (Metro Detroit area) and/or virtual
Compensation: Volunteer (uncompensated); reasonable expenses reimbursed
